What is the availability of the instructors?Our tutors who have years of experience in the field will be available for you from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m (GMT -5) to resolve any questions or problems you may have with the tasks.

Is the course one on one, online or recordings?Pre-recorded lectures and one on one online support through Zoom every Thursday at 5pm (GMT-5).

What are your payment methods?By PayPal, you can pay either by credit card or with your PayPal balance. If you want to pay in cash we also accept Western Union, contact us through our social networks or email to provide you with our Western Union details.

What programs should I have installed?Before starting the course you must install 3ds Max 2020 or the latest versions on your computer, we recommend 3ds Max 2022. We do not recommend installing Chaos Corona until the course tutor tells you to do so since we have a 45-day free trial. Finally, you will also need to have Photoshop 2020 or the latest versions installed. All these programs mentioned have a 1-month trial and you can download them from their official websites.

Who is this course for?The course is aimed for architecture students, designers, professionals in the real estate and construction fields who wish to present their projects in a striking and professional way. Do I need prior knowledge?No, the course will take everything from scratch. Starting from basic modeling to an advanced level in 3dsMax, in the same way with Chaos Corona (Corona Renderer), we will teach you how to create a realistic render from zero.

How long does the course take?10 weeks of quality training with pre-recorded lectures and online support lessons.

Will I need a powerful computer for the course?We recommend having a computer with a minimum of 12GB of RAM installed, Chaos Corona works mainly with the RAM of our PC, therefore the other specifications do not have a major influence.

Is there a guarantee?If after 2 weeks of starting the course you are not satisfied or you think that the course is not for you, we will refund your money in full.

Will I have access to the course once I finish it?Yes, once you make the payment you will have lifetime access to the course, all it's updates and future content. At the moment we are working tirelessly to soon add animations to the course program which you will also have access to.

Can I defer payment?You can secure your seat by paying 50% of the total payment, one week before starting training we will ask you to pay the full amount. Please contact us to apply for this payment method.

¿Cómo es la atención de los instructores?Nuestros tutores que tienen años de experiencia en el campo estarán disponibles para ti de lunes a viernes de 09h00 a 17h00 y sábados de 09h00 a 12h00 para resolver cualquier duda o problema que tengas con las tareas.

¿Cuál es la zona horaria?El curso se encuentra dentro de las zona horaria GMT -5 (Quito).

¿El curso es presencial, online o grabaciones?El curso consiste de lecciones pre-grabadas con tutores a tu disponibilidad cuando lo requieras.

¿A quién va dirigido este curso?El curso esta dirigido hacia estudiantes de arquitectura, diseñadores, profesionales dentro del campo inmobiliario y construcción que deseen exponer sus proyectos de forma llamativa y profesional, esto con el fin de ganar concursos de arquitectura, impresionar a sus clientes, vender sus proyectos de diseño mobiliario, espacios interiores y diseños exteriores de pequeña y gran escala.

¿Necesito conocimientos previos?No, el curso tomará todo desde cero. Comenzando desde modelado básico hasta un nivel avanzado en 3dsMax, de igual manera con Chaos Corona (Corona Renderer) en donde veremos como crear un render realista de 0 a 100.

¿Recibiré algún certificado al finalizar el curso?Los estudiantes que hayan realizado mínimo un render interior y un render exterior aprobado por nuestros profesores recibirán un certificado.

¿Qué programas debo tener instalados?Antes de comenzar el curso debes instalar en tu computadora 3ds Max 2020 o las versiones más actualizadas, recomendamos 3ds Max 2022. No recomendamos instalar Chaos Corona hasta que el tutor del curso te lo indique ya que tenemos 45 días de prueba gratis. Finalmente tendrás que tener instalado Photoshop 2020 o las últimas versiones. Todos estos programas mencionados tienen 1 mes de prueba y los puedes descargar desde las páginas oficiales.

¿Por cuál medio se impartirán las clases?Las lecciones se encuentran en nuestra plataforma, tendrás acceso a ellas de forma inmediata una vez realizado el pago. Las tutorías uno a uno en caso las necesites se darán mediante Zoom.

¿En donde puedo ver mis clases pregrabadas?Las clases se desbloquearan a medida que avancemos en el curso, estas las podrás encontrar dentro de tu cuenta en nuestra página web.
